Technical Product Description

The RC Covering Film Iron is a dedicated electric heating tool designed for applying and shrinking heat-activated covering films on RC airplanes and model aircraft. It provides controlled heat to help attach covering film to balsa, plywood and other suitable model-aircraft surfaces while allowing the builder to work around wings, fuselages, control surfaces and other curved areas.

The tool features a shaped heating shoe designed for working with covering film, an insulated ribbed handle for comfortable operation, a temperature adjustment dial, indicator lights and a supporting wire stand for placing the heated iron safely between operations.
