The DLE Gas Engine Kill Switch V2.0 (DLEG9205) is a premium optically isolated electronic ignition cut-off device designed for gasoline-powered RC aircraft engines. Engineered to provide maximum operational safety, the kill switch allows pilots to remotely disable the engine ignition directly from a transmitter-controlled receiver channel.
Utilizing advanced fiber-optic isolation technology, the V2.0 Kill Switch completely separates the ignition system from the radio system, significantly reducing the risk of electrical interference and ignition noise affecting receiver performance. The integrated MOSFET switching circuitry provides reliable operation with low voltage drop and supports a wide range of ignition battery configurations.
An external high-visibility LED status indicator clearly shows when the ignition system is armed, enhancing safety during engine start-up, handling, and flight operations. The compact and lightweight design makes it suitable for virtually all gasoline-powered RC aircraft, including models equipped with DLE, DA, DLA, EME, GP, and similar electronic ignition engines.
