Official Festo type reference: QSML-M5-6 (Festo QSM mini-series push-in L-fitting; Part No. 153335)
The Festo Instant Male Elbow QSML-6-M5 is the 6 mm tubing version of the compact QSM mini-series 90-degree male elbow. It connects 6 mm outside-diameter pneumatic tubing to an M5 male threaded port and provides a clean right-angle transition at the component. The fitting is designed around Festo's push-pull principle and is suited to compact industrial pneumatic assemblies.

Key features and benefits
· 90-degree configuration helps manage 6 mm tubing in compact equipment.
· M5 male threaded connection with sealing ring.
· 6 mm push-in tube port enables fast installation.
· Mini-series construction reduces fitting footprint.
· Blue release ring enables straightforward tube removal during maintenance.
Typical applications
· Industrial automation systems
· Pneumatic valve and actuator connections
· Compact manifolds
· Machine-building equipment
· Control and instrumentation assemblies
Installation and handling
· Use clean, correctly sized pneumatic tubing with a square, burr-free cut.
· Push the tube fully into the fitting until it reaches the internal stop, then perform a gentle pull check.
· For removal, depress the blue release ring and withdraw the tube carefully.
· Use the specified thread/sealing arrangement and tighten to the applicable Festo nominal torque; do not overtighten.
Confirm compatibility of the fitting, tubing, pressure, temperature and working medium before commissioning.
