The Festo PUN-H-4X0,75-NT is a natural-colour polyurethane pneumatic tube with a 4 mm outside diameter and 0.75 mm nominal wall thickness, giving an internal diameter of approximately 2.6 mm. Made from ether-based TPE-U (polyurethane), the tubing is designed for flexible pneumatic installations and is documented by Festo as suitable for energy-chain applications. Installation and usage guidance
· Cut the tube squarely with a suitable tubing cutter to obtain a clean, burr-free end.
· Insert the tube fully into a compatible push-in fitting until it reaches the internal stop.
· Perform a gentle pull check after insertion to confirm the tube is securely retained.
· Maintain the manufacturer's minimum bending radius; use the larger flow-relevant radius where pneumatic flow performance is important.
· Keep tubing away from sharp edges, excessive heat and incompatible chemicals.
